Training and Technical Assistance/Bright From the Start is accessible to all licensed child care learning centers, group day care homes, registered family day care homes throughout the state of Georgia. Through the network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies and Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning, the following centers/homes qualify:

1. Child care learning centers, school age care programs, group day care homes and family day care homes wishing to enhance the quality of the program may request technical assistance from the Quality Improvement consultant at the local Child Care Resource and Referral Agency.  For contact information about the agency serving your area, call 1-800-466-5681 or visit the web site http://www.gaccrra.org/contact.html.
   
2. Child care learning centers and group day care homes wanting to improve their quality of services may participate in the Standards of Care program. Contact Catherine Broussard at 404-656-5957 or Catherine.Broussard@decal.state.ga.us. 
   
3. Family day care homes wanting to improve quality of services may participate in the Homes of Quality program.  Contact Bridgette Washington at 404-656-5957 or Bridgette.Washington@decal.state.ga.us.
